Hypnos never really learned how to properly trust others. Untrusting - "No offense but I don't really know you like that." She also has vivid recollections of various moments from her past, which will randomly pop into her head and ruin her whole day. Most notably is during her episodes of sleep paralysis, she'll see phantoms of her family members. Not many know because she refuses to talk about her past, but Hypnos is scarred by traumatic things that have happened to her and it influences many aspects of her life. Sometimes you can catch Hypnos just staring off into space in apparent deep concentration, other times she will refuse coming to bed. Haunted - "I don't like thinking about the past." She's not really sure why small things set her off sometimes, but she certainly finds she is in a sour mood more often than not because of this. She will bristle at the smallest things and will sometimes even get upset if you look at her a certain way or for too long.
It doesn't take much to get under her skin and she can come off as pretty prickly because of this. Hypnos gets annoyed and angry pretty easily. She finds this sort of attitude annoying and troublesome, so she avoids doing it herself. She's not here to spare anyone's feelings or act needlessly coy. What use it there in prolonging something like that when you could just get it over with. She doesn't see the merit in dancing around the problem when you could just get straight to the point. Hypnos doesn't keep her opinions to herself, no matter what it is about. This is especially true since she was taken in by Lightning, as she wants to repay the kindness Aleez showed her by welcoming her to the empire by doing the best that she can for her fellow cats.īlunt - "You're kind of an idiot aren't you?" She is a very helpful cat and will make sure to always do things asked of her to the best of her ability. If you need her do to something and ask a task of her, you can be sure she will get it done. She definitely fancies herself as above average intelligence for her age group. She has often been praised for her intellect but cats older than her, and it has gone to her head a little bit. Hypnos has always been a very good problem solver and has the innate ability to remember and make good use of information she learns. Hypnos is blessed with a good head on her shoulders, and even more so to have one that can retain and understand information. Intelligent - "I've picked up some knowledge from here and there." She has dark bags under her eyes more often than not, which confuses cats who see her dozing quite often during the day. She's pretty well filled out and was fortunate to avoid the rapid weight gain that is commonly associated with narcolepsy in youth. and now here we are LOLīuild: Hypnos, thanks to her cheetah genes, sort of looks like an elongated serval. and then Howlz put out interest for Somnis' siblings.
